Their website says: “This type of DNA analysis determines if two individuals share one or both of their biological parents. Full siblings share both of their biological parents’ DNA profiles and half siblings share one of their biological parents’ profile. Advanced Genetics has the capacity to test for both scenarios. In some immigration cases (mostly requested from USCIS filed offices in the U.S.), the siblingship DNA test may be requested if the petition is based on the claimed sibling relationship and no parents are available for testing. The test can also be used to confirm paternity indirectly in cases where the alleged father is not available for testing.”
